Refunds are decided case by case, because the trial lets you try everything first.

Try it first

Without a license, every feature works for 15 minutes at a time. That is enough to try Downstage with your own Live set before you buy. Download the beta.

If something is wrong after you buy

Write to support@downstageapp.com within 14 days of purchase. Tell us:

• your license key or order number
• what went wrong

What happens next

We reply, usually within two working days. Where a refund is right, we refund it to the payment method you paid with.

How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card.

A refunded license is stopped.

Outside India

Your purchase was handled by our payment partner, the merchant of record. It processes the refund. Your legal rights where you live always apply.

In the EU and the UK, consumers have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase, unless they agreed at checkout to immediate delivery.

Beta testers

The founding price applies to beta testers whenever their beta ends.
